Returns

You can return the ordered goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Conditions:

1. The product must not show any traces of use.

2. The product should be complete, with the original packaging, tags and tag hangers attached.

3. Returned products must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and a completed return form.

4. To make a return, please inform us by e-mail [email protected] and then send the order to the following address: My Memi, ul. Krakowska 149, 50-428 Wrocław.

5. The refund for the order will be made no later than within 14 days from the date we receive the completed return form, to the indicated bank account.

6. The shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

7. We make every effort to ensure that your order does not have any defects, but if the product does not meet your expectations, you can submit a complaint.

Complaints

The complaint will be considered within 14 days. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone about how to resolve your complaint.

Conditions:

2. The complained products must be accompanied by a completed complaint form and the original proof of purchase.

3. If the complaint is considered justified, immediately after considering the complaint, we will remove the defect or, if this is impossible, we will replace the defective product with a defect-free one.
