Returns
You have the right to return the ordered goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
Conditions:
- The product must not show any signs of use.
- The product should be complete, with the original packaging, tags, and tag attachments included.
- The returned products must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and a completed return form.
- To make a return, please inform us by email at zamowienia@mymemi.com, and then send the order to: My Memi, ul. Krakowska 149, 50-428 Wrocław.
- The refund for the order will be made to the specified bank account within 14 days at the latest from the day we receive the completed return form.
- Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- We make every effort to ensure that orders are free of defects. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you may submit a complaint.
Complaints
The complaint will be considered within 14 days. We will inform you by email or telephone about how the complaint will be resolved.
Conditions:
- To file a complaint, please inform us by email at reklamacje@mymemi.com, and then send the products to: My Memi, ul. Krakowska 149, 50-428 Wrocław.
- The returned products must be accompanied by a completed complaint form and the original proof of purchase.
- If the complaint is deemed justified, immediately upon consideration, we will remedy the defect or, if that is not possible, exchange the defective product for a non-defective one.
Exchanges
The MY MEMI brand does not offer direct exchanges. Please return the items and place a new order.
