The order processing begins after report the payment. It will be ready within 3 days and then handed over to the courier.

What to do when the "Przelewy24" website has stopped working?
If the payment via Przelewy24 or any other platform has been failed, please make a bank transfer. All the necessary information can be found in the footer of our website in “Payment method”. Please remember to include the order number and your last name in the title of the transfer.

What are the available shipping options?
We only ship our orders via courier.
Why has my order been canceled?
If your order hasn’t been paid within 5 days, it will be automatically canceled. Please make sure that the order hasn’t been doubled. In this case, only paid order will be processed and shipped.
How can I order more products to an already placed order?
Ordering products in our store is possible if the first order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact the retail order department by e-mail at z orders@mymemi.com or by calling +48 886 831 815.
You should make a new order only with the products that you want to order, and then pay for them by bank transfer, without shipping costs. In the title of the transfer, please provide: "[new order number] order to [first order number]". When the payment is credited and we are informed about the order, we will prepare it and send it in one package.

How to wash Merino wool blankets?
Our blankets are made of high-quality merino wool, which combines natural properties with comfort. Thanks to modern wool processing, you can safely wash and dry them at home.
Daily Refreshment:
- To refresh your blanket, simply air it outside.
When to wash?
- The blanket should only be washed if it is physically dirty (visibly soiled).
Washing:
- The blanket is machine washable at up to 40°C.
- Choose a delicates or wool program.
- Use mild detergents designed for wool.
Drying:
- The blanket is suitable for tumble drying.
- Choose a low-temperature program.
